charming central area for weekend explorers and park lovers
I had a fantastic time strolling around the central part of Basel, with the beautiful Basler Munster just a 10-minute walk away and the charming Muensterplatz nearby, making it easy to soak in the stunning architecture and vibrant atmosphere of the city.

Beautiful room and very comfortable too.
I experienced quite a few disturbances during my stay. The noise from neighboring rooms and the corridors made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. On top of that, I was disappointed with the breakfast service—limited options and a lack of replenishment despite the time left in service.

Spacious and clean room with great natural light. Poor luggage storage organization.

missingWrote a review on Oct 25spacious roomlimited reception hours
The room was delightfully spacious and impeccably clean, with an excellent coffee machine that made mornings even better.
One of the pain points was the reception hours. it wasn’t manned 24/7, which meant going to the sister hotel across the road for assistance during late hours.

the location was just lovely, but it’s truly a shame that there’s no washing machine facilities. absolutely unacceptable for such a high-class establishment! i also can't believe my breakfast order was forgotten twise—very disappointing! i almost thought about giving a good review, but i just couldn't, especially since no one would even offer a complimentary tea kettle. so frustrating!

Had a great stay with a comfy bed and a clean, functional room. Really enjoyed the little amenities like the Nespresso machine. Just a heads-up, the dining chairs were quite uncomfortable. Would definitely come back!

missingWrote a review on Jun 13great locationelectric blindsbreakfast spreaddelayed reception
We had an awesome time exploring nearby attractions and enjoyed some great meals at the hotel bakery and restaurant. The location couldn't be better, close to the transportation and city center. The electric blinds in our room ensured a great night's sleep, and the breakfast spread was a fantastic start to our days.
The reception could have been more accessible as we faced some delays checking in and out, which was a bit frustrating at times.
